REFUNDS AND CANCElLATIONS.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up unexpectedly. To accommodate your needs, we offer the following flexibility for cancellations and rescheduling:

  • Free cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.

  • Any changes made within 24 hours of your session will incur a charge of 50% of the session price.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

For clients who have purchased a 3 or 5 session package, if you choose to cancel, you will be refunded for any remaining sessions. However, the discount applied to the package will be null and void upon cancellation.
