At Canines On Cue, we’re dedicated to helping your dog reach their full potential through effective training methods grounded in three core principles.

RELATIONSHIP.

We believe that a strong bond between dog and owner is paramount to success in training. Our methods emphasise building trust, understanding and clear communication to not only stop undesirable behaviours, but to acknowledge why they are doing it in the first place.

SAFETY.

Safety is a top priority. The human world can be a confusing and dangerous place for our dogs and it is our responsibility to teach them they skills necessary to navigate it. Whether that be teaching road manners, a bulletproof recall or a reliable ‘leave it’ command, it is up to YOU to equip your dog with the knowhow to stay out of trouble.

CONTROL.

When working with our dogs, control IS freedom. A dog who can be walked on a loose leash is a dog you can take everywhere. A dog with incredible recall is a dog you can let off-leash to explore. A dog with clear boundaries in the house is a dog who can share your home harmoniously.

At Canines On Cue, we have gathered effective techniques from various modern dog training philosophies to create a versatile approach that works for every dog, regardless of their age, breed or behavioural challenges.

REFUNDSAND CANCElLATIONS.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes things come up unexpectedly. To accommodate your needs, we offer the following flexibility for cancellations and rescheduling:

  • Free cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.

  • Any changes made within 24 hours of your session will incur a charge of 50% of the session price.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

For clients who have purchased a 3 or 5 session package, if you choose to cancel, you will be refunded for any remaining sessions. However, the discount applied to the package will be null and void upon cancellation.
